How do you find the right shoe size yourself?

Kick things off with a piece of paper and a pen. Place the paper on the ground, stand on it, and mark the point of your longest toe and the back of your heel. Measure the distance between these two points. Remember, it's common for one foot to be slightly larger than the other, so measure both and use the larger measurement as your guide.

Step 2. Size Selection

With your measurement in hand, consult our size charts below. They'll help you translate those centimeters into the perfect sneaker size. If your feet measured differently, lean towards the larger size for comfort. You can always adjust the fit with an insole if needed.

Stap 3. Decisions, Decisions

Nike Size-Guide:

Nike sneakers are known for their true-to-size fitting, so you can confidently order your standard shoe size for most of their models. However, specific styles like the Dunks and Jordan 4s tend to have a slightly narrower fit. In these instances, opting for a half size larger than your usual size is advisable for optimal comfort.

Adidas Size-Guide:

Adidas Gazelle and Campus sneakers are known for fitting true to size. Always measure your size with the technique above however, if you have very wider feet, it might be advisable to go half a size up for a better fit. The shields are made from a compound of polymer and synthetic rubbers to give the maximum comfort. The Anti Crease Shields are designed to fit in almost any sneaker out there and you can cut them to size if needed.

How do you set up your 'Anti Crease' Shields ?

Step 1: Remove the sole from the sneaker in which you want to put the Anti Crease Shields. When u do this u have to make sure there is enough space in the sneaker so the shield stays in place.

Step 2: Cut the Anti Crease Shields until its suitable to your size. By doing this u give the Anti Crease Shields a maximum of comfort in your sneaker. Don't cut it too short this wil create too much space between the toe box of your sneaker and the shield itself.

Step 3: Put the Anti Crease Shields in your sneaker and make sure that it fits well underneath the toe box of your sneaker.

Step 4: Put the sole back in your sneaker and connect it to the Anti Crease Shields as well as possible, this ensures that the Anti Crease Shields stays in place as well as possible.
