What should I do if I have received an incorrect/damaged product?
If you have received a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, please do not make a return request through the return portal. We ask that you contact us at support@sneakerhype.eu. You will receive information on how to return the received product to us.

How do we do it? We've built strong partnerships with stores, individuals, and experts across Europe. They help us find these sought-after sneakers, even after they've sold out everywhere else.
How do we check our products?
When our products arrive, our autenticity experts check them carefully to make sure they're real. They look at everything: labels, seams, accessories, packaging, even how they smell! We do this to guarantee that what you get is the real deal.
Shipping & delivery
What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time varies depending on the shoe. You can see this when you click on the shoe in your desired size. If not specifically indicated, you can expect a delivery time of 5-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Products marked with "48H" can be dispatched within a maximum of two business days. This means they're already on our premises, thoroughly inspected and verified by our experts. If you order one of these products, the package will be shipped to you within two business days.

Shipping costs vary per product and are calculated at checkout.
Which shipping parties do we use?
We use various reliable shipping carriers, and all shipments are fully insured. For domestic shipments, we use PostNL and DPD, and for international shipments, we use DPD and UPS.
I've ordered multiple products, but only received one.
If you order multiple products from us, it's possible that your order will be shipped in parts. This depends on the date we receive the various products. We opt for this approach to ensure that you get the items as quickly as possible. This way, you don't have to wait for the rest of your order if one product arrives at our location earlier than the others.
Why haven't I received a track and trace yet?
If you have not yet received a track and trace from our carrier, it means that your order has not yet been dispatched and is either on its way to our location or in the process of authentication. As soon as it is handed over to our carrier, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the progress.
Return information
Can I cancel or modify my order?
It's possible to cancel your order or make adjustments. This is only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please ensure you do this within 24 hours of placing your order so we can process your request in a timely manner.
After this period, you can still cancel your order; however, shipping and processing fees will be charged. We regret that, beyond the initial 24-hour window, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations without incurring these fees, as your order will already be in the processing stage.
If you wish to cancel or change your order within this timeframe, or if you decide to cancel after 24 hours understanding the associated fees, please send an email to our customer service at support@sneakerhype.eu.
How can I return my purchase?
Purchased items from SneakerHype but not satisfied? No worries, you can easily return them within 14 days of receipt. Feel free to try out the sneakers, but make sure they remain in the same condition as when received.

Please take note of the following return requirements:
- Returns must be made within 14 days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do so later.
- Always ship the products in an additional cardboard box! Not just the shoe box (The original box is part of the product. Damages may lead to the rejection of your return).
- Our Sneakerhype tag must be attached! If this is not the case, we will not process the return and will send it back to the customer.
- You are responsible for any damage or loss of packages during return shipping.
- The refund process will take a maximum of 5-10 working days.
- We do not charge return fees; these costs are the customer's responsibility.
What are the return costs?
- For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, the return costs are €9.95.
- For customers in Germany, the return costs are €9.95.
- For customers in Italy, the return costs are €15.
- For customers in France, the return costs are €12.
- For customers in Other countries, check & fill in the I want to return my product form.

Why are some products out-of-stock?
When a product is marked as "Currently unavailable," it means that it has become exceptionally hard to source from our network of both private and professional resellers. As a result, we're unable to provide a specific price or estimate when it might become available again.
