Return Policy

If you bought something from SneakerHype, you have 14 days to return it after receiving it.

• Make sure the Sneakerhype tag is still attached to the item.
• You can try on the sneakers, but they must be returned in the same condition.
• Use an extra cardboard box to protect the original box (damaged original boxes lead to a rejected return).
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Important: If your package says "delivered" but you haven't received it, let us know within 5 days. After that, we can’t be held responsible for lost parcels.

(We do not refund shipping costs due to our commitment to CO2-neutral practices and startup limitations).

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? Here's what to know:

• Cancel within 6 hours: Free of charge.
• Cancel after 6 hours: €15 fee due to processing costs.
• If you refuse delivery: €15 fee applies.

Once we confirm your purchase, we begin working with international partners. This makes cancellations after 6 hours difficult. As a startup, we can’t cover these costs upfront, and Klarna fees are non-refundable, so we need to pass these charges to the consumer.
